How long will it take for me to study learning how to make products at home?

Our home study courses are broken down into 4 learning modules and we estimate that you need approximately 4-8 hours for each module. Some may take you a little longer and some you may find yourself getting through a little faster.

Realistically it all depends on how disciplined you are and how much time you can set aside for self study and product making.

Our students typically take anywhere between 3 months to a year to complete their home study programmes.

How much do you charge for P&P?

All our items have a postage cost associated with them based on the weight of the product.

These costs are shown when you add your item to the trolley and these are usually charged at cost of postage via Royal Mail plus a little for the packaging material or the standard rate for courier.

You will have the option to choose which delivery service you wish - Royal Mail or Courier. We will choose the most cost effective method for overseas deliveries.

There are occasions where ordering a number of smaller items may result in an excessive postal cost - we will refund the difference via an e-voucher where we feel that the postage has been calculated unfairly. This is entirely at our discretion.

Do you ever have sales?

We do have special offers. Our newsletter readers are usually the first to hear about these.

We also have a clearance section on the webiste where we list items that have been reduced in the sale.

I don't have a PayPal Account. Can I pay using another method?

Yes. Place your delivery via the website and contact us to arrange an alternative method of payment such as credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

You can also download your order and send it to us with a cheque.

I am very interested in the Cosmetics College home study course. Can I pay in installments?

Yes. Payment Options are available to help you spread the cost. Pay £200 of the Cosmetics College programme fee before you start and the rest of the programme can be paid in installments, payable before the 3rd and subsequent training courses. A one-off £25 administration fee will be applied to those paying in installments.

Are your courses certified?

We work hard to ensure that our courses are comprehensive, professional, informative and relevant. At present our courses are not formally recognised by an awarding body, but are checked for quality and accuracy by independant consultants.
